A pillow is also incredibly important for a good night's sleep, which is why the Mline pillows should not be missing from our specialist shop's selection.
If your pillow has the right shape and height, many neck and back complaints can be prevented. M line pillows have a filling of visco-elastic foam, which follows the contours of your head perfectly. M line pillows offer maximum ventilation and hygiene during sleep.
With an appropriate M line pillow, you prevent physical complaints.
There are 3 type sleepers: back, side and stomach sleepers, and there is a specific pillow available for each.
If you sleep on your back a lot, the WAVE PILLOW is the solution to all your sleeping problems. This pillow has a thicker neck section for extra stable support. Thanks to the ventilation holes, you always have a soft and dry pillow. The pillow cover is washable at 60°C .
The Wave Pillow is available in 2 heights: 10 cm and 13 cm. The choice depends on shoulder width and mattress firmness.
But how do you determine the pillow that suits you best ?
1) Prominent sleeping position: your sleeping position determines what support the pillow should provide on your head and neck.
2) Mattress comfort: the firmness of the mattress is important for the height and supportive properties of the pillow. If you sleep on a soft mattress, your head will sink more than on a hard mattress. Therefore, in the former case, you need a less thick pillow for good support.
3) Shoulder width: to determine the correct size of the pillow, it is important to measure the shoulder width. Stand up straight while measuring and let your arms hang relaxed beside your body. When measuring the shoulder width, measure the distance between the shoulders including the bulge of the back. The measuring tape should not be pulled tight.
4) Distance between head and wall: to determine the correct height of the pillow when supine, it is important to measure how the head connects to the spine. Therefore, stand with your back against the wall with your head in a natural position. Then measure the shortest distance between the back of your head and the wall.
