M line pillow for good support
It sometimes takes a lot of effort to find the pillow that suits you best. Every person is different and everyone has different sleeping habits. A 'one size fits all' pillow has not yet been invented.
There are people who like a thick pillow, while others prefer a thinner pillow. For the 3 types of sleepers (side sleepers, back sleepers, and stomach sleepers), there is a specific pillow.
One must consider not only the mattress and sleeping position to determine the perfect pillow. Body measurements are also important.
A comfortable pillow supports well and also molds to the neck. Pillows "Pillow You" from M line meet these conditions. They are therefore available in different heights and widths.
PILLOW YOU GREEN from M line is very suitable for side sleepers with a larger shoulder width (>43 cm). The pillow has a soft/medium firmness and is 12 cm thick.
The cover of the pillow is removable thanks to a zipper. The cover is washable at 30°C.
But how do you determine the pillow that suits you best?
1) Prominent sleeping position: your sleeping position determines what support the pillow should provide on your head and neck.
2) Mattress comfort: the firmness of the mattress is important for the height and supportiveness of the pillow. If you sleep on a soft mattress, your head will sink more than on a hard mattress. Therefore, in the first case, you need a less thick pillow for good support.
3) Shoulder width: to determine the correct size of the pillow, it is important to measure the shoulder width. Stand up straight while measuring and let your arms hang relaxed beside your body. At the shoulder width, measure the distance between the shoulders including the bulge of the back. The measuring tape should not be pulled tight.
4) Distance between head and wall: to determine the correct height of the pillow when lying on your back, it is important to measure how the head connects to the spine. Therefore, stand with your back against the wall with your head in a natural position. Then measure the shortest distance between the back of your head and the wall.
